To Register for the Conference
Go to NID Registration Form Page
(see menu bars on left side of this page)
Fill out the form and answer the questions
Click the send button at the bottom
Your Registration form will be automatically sent
To pay for the Conference
Go to the Electronic Payment page
Click the appropiate "cart" buttons Get your total payment
Supply credit card information and make the payment
OR
Do nothing on the Electronic payments page
Simply send a check payable to NID Pastoral Conference to
Mt Greenwood Lutheran Church
